Vasculitis International is officially called Stichting Vasculitis International (SVI). "Stichting" is Dutch for "foundation".
SVI is a non-profit charity organization founded 15th november 2019. We applied for the official Dutch ANBI status to be officially recognized as a Public Benefit Organization. In order to get and maintain that status one has to be transparant and publish a distinct set of data. SVI welcomes that transparency and through this page we meet all these criteria. |

The legal name is Stichting Vasculitis International.
Because of the difficult pronunciation of the word "stichting" for those who don't speak Dutch it is usually abbreviated to Vasculitis International. Because we started off in a very informal way as Vasculitis Europe Since and because our current main focus is on trying to connect European Countries we are often also referred to as Vasculitis Europe. |
